An electronic messaging system and an operating method thereof are provided to manage resources by using an electronic message, thereby handling the processing and payment of information. An electronic message server(100) comprises an identification system granting/management unit(110), a message DB unit(120), a DB management unit(130), and an address converting unit(140). The identification system granting/management unit gives and manages an electronic message identification system. The DB management unit builds and manages the identification system DB of the message DB unit. The address converting unit converts the address of the identification system. A terminal(200) comprises an input/request unit(210), an address converting unit(220), a control unit(230), and a financial business unit(240). The address converting unit converts the address of the identification system. The control unit controls the identification system DB while connecting with the electronic message server. The financial business unit manages a payment processing task. An electronic commerce server(300) connects with the electronic message server and terminal and performs purchasing settlement and authentication. A communications network(400) connects the electronic message server, the terminal, and the electronic commerce server. The identification system comprises a communications module and an identification system module (a social security number, a bar code, a terminal, an international standard book number, a telephone number, and an URL(Uniform Resource Locator)). |
