A gasket welding mold for a refrigerator door and a refrigerator door gasket manufactured using the same is provided to manufacture a gasket of good quality by adopting an indirect heating way for bonding each other, with beveled end part of each seal bar for comprising a rectangular gasket welded close to a heater. A gasket welding mold for a refrigerator door and a refrigerator door gasket manufactured using the same comprises a pair of right and left welding blocks(10), arranged to advance to the direction which bevel surfaces formed on the leading end face each other, with a space(20) into which a seal bar forming a rectangular gasket inside is inserted; and a heater installed to advance and retract between beveled surfaces formed on the leading end of the right and left welding block. The beveled surfaces is equipped with a burr cutting part to the direction opposed to each other on the outer circumference part of the insertion space.
