A closed loop current transducer having penetration hole open/close structure is provided to maintain high accuracy by ignoring a gap generated from structure of separation type. A pair of hole devices(250) is formed on an air gap of both ends of a top side(200), and senses a current of a wire. A closed loop current measuring circuit is arranged on a top of the hole device, includes a feedback coil(252) offsetting magnetic flux density of magnetic material(350), and measures a current flowed in the feedback coil. A signal conversion circuit part converts and outputs a current measured from the closed loop current measuring circuit into a direct current conversion signal required from a device connected with a current transducer.
