<p>A spring (60) biases release valve (34) along opening direction of release valve and counteracts a pressure difference between inlet pressure and middle pressure. A hollow space is connected to the middle pressure space (66) and is arranged between the release valve and casing (10). A shiftable seat is located in hollow space and moved along opening or closing direction of release valve. A casing fixed stop is provided in upstream side of valve seat (32) in casing. The shiftable seat is moved with respect to release valve and contacted with casing fixed stop.</p> |
