An apparatus for transferring tray and test handler including the same are provided to shorten a time required in carrying-in/carrying-out of a tray by including a linear driving part. An apparatus for transferring tray sends a tray(T) loading a semiconductor device received from a sorting part(SP) to a test part(TP), and sends the tray to the sorting part after testing. The apparatus for transferring tray comprises a body, a holder(200), and a linear driving part(300). The body is fixed in the sorting part. The holder includes at least one or more jamming protrusion(240) inserted in at least one or more recesses(H) formed in the tray. The linear driving part is installed in the body, and transfers the holder with one direction at a time as a length corresponding to a width of the tray. |
