An umbrella vinyl cover is provided to remove the vinyl cover and to prevent the rainwater from spattering by using an infrared sensor and a motor. An umbrella vinyl cover remover comprises: a sensor unit(2) recognizing the insertion of the umbrella; a controller(1) operating the motor according to sensing; a motor driving unit(4); a roller part(3) rotating by the driving of the motor; a vinyl collecting box(7) collecting the vinyl cover taken off from the umbrella; and a power supply unit supplying the power to the controller.
