A disposable pad D may be attached to footwear for use with a motorcycle. The pad protects the footwear from wear when changing gear. The pad may be attached via adhesive. The pad may have an adhesive backing that is exposed by removing a tear off strip. Two pads may be provided, separated by perforations (figure 1 not shown), facilitating an out and return type journey with one pad being discarded after the first leg. The pad may be provided in a clear or opaque material. |
