A composition containing vitamin C is provided to obtain excellent anti-aging effect and whitening effect of the skin due to the cytothesis of skin and the improvement of collagen composite action by stabilizing vitamin C. A composition containing vitamin C comprises vitamin C, cationic agent, anionic agent, and a caffeic acid derivative. The cationic agent and anionic agent are the first stabilizer of the vitamin C. The caffeic acid derivative is the second stabilizer of the vitamin C.
