An air cleaner using cleaning water and a rotation structure instead of a filter is provided to remove contaminated gas and fine dust, to sterilize bacteria in air, to humidify the air ideally and to offer negative ion at the same time. An air cleaner using cleaning water and a rotation structure contains an upper body(10a) and a lower body(10b). An internal space(80) storing cleaning water is formed inside the air cleaner using the cleaning water and the rotation structure. A seating rest(11) in which the upper body is put is prepared at an upper part of the air cleaner using the cleaning water and the rotation structure. The upper body is put on the seating rest. The lower body has an inlet port(12) in which contaminated air is flown and contains a blasting unit, rotation structures(50a, 50b) and a cleaning water supplying unit. The blasting unit contains a partition distinguishing the upper side and a lower side and is formed inside the partition and is prepared at one end of an extended axis of a rotating axis operating the blasting unit. The cleaning water supplying unit is immediately positioned beneath the rotation structure.
