The generator has modules containing a radiation transducer that is arranged on a water layer. A set of modules is respectively combined to swimming hollow bodies that exhibit a partition wall (2) subdivided into translucent and non-translucent regions. The translucent wall regions are designed as concentrator lenses, and openings are arranged opposite to the concentrator lenses. The hollow bodies are swivelably mounted within a swimming ring (1) to swivel the hollow bodies around 180 degrees, so that the lenses immerse into the water layer. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a hollow body swimming on a water layer (2) a method for mounting an energy transducer to a hollow body (3) a solar concentrator swimming on a water layer for utilization of solar energy. |
