<p>Novel 11-aminoalkylidene-9,10-ethano-anthracenes, (I) opt. substd. (a) in the 12 position by etherified or esterified OH, aliphatic, araliphatic or aromatic groups (b) in the 9- and 10-positions by free, etherified or esterified OH or by aliphatic groups and (c) in the phenylene rings by one or two alkyl, OH, Oalkyl, Salkyl, Oalkanoyl, halogen, CF3, NO2, NH2,N(alkyl)2, alkanoyl or SO2 alkyl and where in the 11-position the amino group is sepd. from the double bond by at least 2C and where the amino group includes cyclic amino groups are prepd. by (1) connecting an 11-substituent into an amino-alkylidene group (2) reacting an anthracene with an amino-R2-alkene or (3) isomerising an 11-aminoalkyl-9,10-etheno-anthracene. N-acylates. N-oxides and quaternary salts of (I) are included.</p> |
