Car height control apparatus reacting to the abnormal topography and the method thereof are provided that the unnecessary damage of the vehicles is prevented and the attention of being unnecessary of operator is removed. Car height control apparatus reacting to the abnormal topography and the method thereof comprises as follows. A 3D(Three-Dimensional) topography scanner is mounted to the backplane bumper. An ECU and variable suspension are connected and automatically controls the car height. The 3D laser scanner of one end is mounted to the rear bumper vicinity of the vehicles and the obstacle of rearward is sensed. The variable suspension automatically controls the car height according to the height of obstacle. Operator avoids the obstacle which operator is unable to secure in park with the viewing direction in the moving back. |
