An automatic pair cross belt cleaner is provided to react elastically to the high friction which can be instantaneously generated. An automatic pair cross belt cleaner comprises as follows. The both side end point of the metal strip(100) in which the removal piece is organized is fixed in the respective fixture piece. The opposite side end of the fixture piece comprises through the fixing unit of the locking arm(200). A pair of fixing unit(201) in which hollow is formed are comprised on the fixed arm part(200). A movable fixture piece is penetrated to the hollow of the fixing unit. An elastic spring(303), a position control cap portion(305), and a clamping bolt(307) are assembled on the movable fixture piece.
