A worm shaft connection structure of the electric driven steering system is provided that the design freedom is improved through the space of circumstance. A worm shaft connection structure of the electric driven steering system comprises as follows. A motor(1) is mounted on the side of the housing(2) mounted to the steering column. An end part(3a) of the worm shaft(3) which is built in the housing is connected to the motor shaft(1a). The worm shaft is engaged in the worm wheel(5) mounted on the stirring shaft(4). An end part of the worm shaft is supported in the bearing(6). A rubber bush(7) is interposed between bearing and housing.
