In a security printing process, e.g. for bank notes, credit cards or financial instruments, the document incorporates an element consisting of a number of adjacent layers (I, R, M). The layers include a color interference layer (I) and a magnetic layer (M). A reflective layer (R) is especially located between the color shift interference layer (I) and magnetic layer (M). The magnetic layer and reflective layers take the form of patterns, signs or code. The reflective layer incorporates a mirror image legend. The reflective and magnetic layers incorporate a code. An Independent claim is given for manufacture of the invented product. |
