<p>The instrument has a connector (A) with a cavity in which a dynamo is suspended, and air supply and air removal holes which pass through the cavity. The dynamo is connected with an illuminating unit e.g. LED, and a fan. The fan is arranged opposite to the holes such that the fan is delivered with air flow for rotation and then at the same time drives the dynamo. The dynamo produces and supplies current and is engaged with the illuminating unit. A window is in place of a treatment tool on a handle (70). A light transmission element engageably connects the window and the illuminating unit.</p> |
