A discharge valve for a flushing cistern is provided to flush water partially and to prevent the consumption of unnecessary water. A discharge valve for a flushing cistern(2) comprises a valve housing(14) having an outlet with a valve seat(16), a closing body(12) interacting with the valve seat on the bottom(27), a connecting rod(10) lifting up the closing body selectively as much as the different moving distance, a two-quantity actuator(4) having the connecting rod, a partial-quantity float(13) of the upper part for partial flushing, and a full-quantity float(20) of the lower part for full flushing attached to the valve housing pivotally.
