An induction motor driving device capable of performing variable speed, motor driving system, and lifting system are provided to generate motor torque by ideal maximum value when acceleration is impossible. An induction motor driving device capable of performing variable speed comprises an electric power conversion part, a slip frequency operation part(3), a maximum torque generation slip operation part(4), and an acceleration decision part(5). The electric power conversion part operates an induction motor. The slip frequency operation part computes a slip frequency of the induction motor. The maximum torque generation slip operation part computes maximum torque generation slip frequency generating a maximum torque of the induction motor. The acceleration decision part determines whether acceleration of the induction motor is possible or not.
