An integrated circuit (10) is adapted for heating a chamber (20), and includes a control module (12) operable so as to generate a control signal (V o ) according to a desired temperature, and a heater (13) connected electrically to the control module (22) for heating the chamber (20) in accordance with the control signal (V o ) from the control module (12) so as to maintain the temperature in the chamber (20) at the desired temperature. A heating control circuit (1) and an electronic device (100) including the heating control circuit (10) are also disclosed.
