<p>A large amount of labor has been conventionally needed to make a plan to maintain a plant or the like so as to grasp the effect of difference of plan and to match the demand of the facility user. A maintenance management system (10) comprises an input unit (1) for receiving a signal generated when a quantity of state of an object constituting a plant is measured, a computing unit (2) for computing indices which indicate the accumulated cost necessary to diagnose the deteriorated state according to the input signal and to implement countermeasures including the contents of the maintenance work and the implementation time, the failure stop probability, and the performance, and an output unit (3) for displaying the results of the computation about the countermeasures. The output unit (3) displays the indices indicating the accumulated cost, the failure stop probability, and the performance of each countermeasure with a graph and displays the contents of the maintenance work and the implementation time by selecting the most suitable one of the countermeasures as a recommended plan.</p> |
