Disclosed is a crystalline form of the compound of formula (1) that exhibits a differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) thermogram thereof having only one endotherm peak at about 83 to 87 degrees Celsius and a powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) pattern comprising 2-theta value around 9 degrees.
