PRIMERS AND PROBES OF POLYMERASE CHAIN REACTIONS FOR THE DETECTION OF WATER-BORNE VIRUSES, AND DETECTION KITS AND METHODS THEREOF

Primers and probes of polymerase chain reaction for detecting water-borne viruses, and a detection kit and a method using the same are provided to prevent the propagation path of the water-borne disease by detecting and weighting the water-borne virus in a very low concentration and confirming the kind. A method for detecting water-borne protozoa comprises a step for detecting and weighting the virus into classes through performing realtime PCR or the real time RT-PCR by adding primers and probes specific in DNA or RNA of the water-borne virus to a sample. The water-borne virus comprises adenovirus, infantile paralysis virus, echovirus, Coxsackie virus, hepatitis A virus or hepatitis E virus.
