A method for performing interleaving using BRO(Bit Reverse Ordering) operation is provided to reduce complexity and to improve performance of a system by reducing the number of pruning. A method for performing interleaving using BRO(Bit Reverse Ordering) operation comprises the following steps: a step for recording each bit of an input data column to a row direction of a memory matrix according to an input sequence(S22); a step for performing a row permutation through R bit BRO operation in an index of each row; a step for pruning a row with which a predetermined condition is satisfied(S23); a step for performing a column permutation using the BRO operation about a column index(S24); and a step for outputting each bit to a column direction of the memory matrix in which the heat permutation is performed(S25).
