A transmission method for the downlink dedicated pilot is provided for resolving the actual low transmission quality and speed. For resolving the above problem, the technical solution of this invention is as following: the data and the dedicated pilots for decoding the data are pre-coded or beam-formed (1102), the data and the dedicated pilots, which are pre-coded or beam-formed, are configured in the data symbol of physical resource block PRB to be transmitted (1103). A device for implementing the above method is also provided by this invention. The UE can estimate the weight channel parameter based on the dedicated pilot by this invention,so it can demodulate the weighted data, without Node B transmitting the weight parameter to the UE, saving the overhead of the control signal, and the weight channel parameter estimated based on the dedicated pilot is more exact.
