<p>#CMT# #/CMT# For the production of a honeycomb body, for cleaning the exhaust gas from a vehicle internal combustion motor, one metal layer is used which is at least partially structured together with a smooth metal layer (12). An adhesive (36) is applied as droplets (35) to at least one section (11) of a layer. The honeycomb body is shaped, and then heated. The layer has a solder to work with the adhesive. The adhesive is delivered by a printer (13) with a continuous ink jet, bubble jet or droplet-on-demand system.
