REAL-TIME PCR ASSAYS FOR ABSOLUTE QUANTIFICATION FOR HUMAN BOCAVIRUS

摘要

Real-time PCR assays for absolute quantification for human bocavirus are provided to detect HBoV in the clinical respiratory analyte with high sensitivity. A method for detecting bocavirus comprises (1) a step for obtaining a nucleic acid from a clinical sample; (2) a step for performing real-time PCR by using the sequences represented by the sequence number: 1 to the sequence number: 9 as a primer and probe; and (3) a step for confirming NS1, NP-1 and VP1 gene of bocavirus from the PCR product of the step(2).
