ORAL FORMULATION OF MOSAPRIDE USING LIPOSOME AND PREPARATION METHOD FOR THE SAME

A liposome composition for oral administration for treating gastrointestinal disorder, containing mosapride is provided to reduce administration frequency by lengthening the half life of the citric acid mosapride containing mosapride within the organism. A liposome composition for oral administration for treating gastrointestinal disorder comprises the lipid solution, and the alcoholic solution. The lipid solution is prepared by dissolving a mixture consisting of phospholipids, cholesterol and DSPE-mPEG containing polyethylene glycol in a weight ratio of 1 : 0.1 ~ 0.9 : 1.0 ~ 10.0. The alcoholic solution is prepared by dissolving mosapride or its derivative 0.001 ~ 10 mg/ml in C1-5 low-grade aliphatic alcohol. The liposome composition for oral administration for treating gastrointestinal disorder is prepared by emulsion-mixing the lipid solution and alcoholic solution in a weight ratio of 1 ~ 10 : 1 ~ 1000.
