An integrated gateway system and a method thereof for providing a service about a mobile terminal moving heterogeneous communications network are provided to provide a continuous service while moving the mobile terminal in any place. A plurality of gateway servers(104,108) manage the operation of a mobile communications terminal positioned within the heterogeneous communications network. An integration gateway server(116) implements a continuous service in a mobile communications terminal. An integration service server(114) transmits specific network exclusive service information to the integration gateway server by receiving a service maintaining request and an integrated service managing request.
