<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new conjugated linoleic acid fatty ester of gallic acid, method for producing the same and composition containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the conjugated linoleic acid fatty ester of gallic acid produced by a process dissolving gallic acid and conjugated linoleic acid in a molar ratio of 1:3 in an organic solvent and adding a base to carry out reaction and a process adding ethyl acetate to the reaction liquid to separate layers and a process collecting the upper layer and concentrating, the resultant ester has an excellent antioxidant effect because it is excellent in electron donating potential, low peroxide value and low in degree of deterioration of fatty acid. The compound is excellent in anti-inflammation efficacy because it has excellent antimicrobial activity to mold and bacteria, and having excellent COX-1 and COX-2 inhibiting activity and is excellent in skin bleaching effect because it has a high Tyrosinase inhibiting activity.
