The pump (1), for dispensing a cosmetic liquid (2) has a container (3) with a bag (28) containing the liquid. An edge (30) of the bag is bonded to the container. The dispensing pump acts as a container cover, separate from the bag, held at the container edge by a locking section (32). The bag is produced separately, by extrusion into the container or by co-extrusion of the container and the bag. The container with the bag is inserted into the lower part of a housing.
