A wireless recognition apparatus having a trouble notifying function, a trouble notifying method and a recording medium therefor are provided to check and restore various defects generated in an RFID device through fault testing, diagnosis and displaying functions equipped in the RFID device. A wireless recognition apparatus having at least one or more sensors(170) comprises a testing unit(145), a diagnosis unit(150) and an output unit(155). The testing unit inspects whether at least one or more defects corresponding to each sensor are generated or not, whether a trouble occurs in the communication between the wireless recognition apparatus and a predetermined reader, and whether there is a problem in supplying power to the wireless recognition apparatus. The diagnosis unit checks and diagnoses the defects and then generates predetermined trouble examination information when a trouble is found by the testing unit. The output unit outputs a defect diagnosis result corresponding to the trouble examination information to a predetermined display unit.
