An apparatus for compensating time delay reducing size of circuit and method of thereof are provided to improve accuracy and mobility of time delay compensation by compensating a time delay to a sample time unit. An apparatus for compensating time delay reducing size of circuit includes a sample delay part(330), an interpolation part(310), and a decimation part(340). The sample delay part outputs a compensated signal delayed to a sample time unit if a subjected signal of time delay compensation is inputted. The interpolation part provides the subjected signal of the time delay compensation to the sample delay part by interpolation. The decimation part outputs a signal compensated by the sample delay part. |
