A gold coated stent coated with the chemical substance, oligonucleotide binding gold-coated stent, and method for producing the same are provided, in which the stent is obtained by reacting various chemical substances successively on the stent surface plated with the gold. A gold coating stent comprises: a gold coating stent of the formula of I-1; a gold coating stent having the amine(-NH-) of the formula of I-2; a gold coating stent having the amine(-NH- or -NH2) of the formula of II; and a gold coating stent in which nucleotide is bound on the amine radical of the stent. The oligonucleotide is desirable to be selected from the group consisting of DNA, RNA, and siRNA(small interfering RNA).
