A light emitting device using organic compound layer and manufacturing method thereof are provided to decrease a driving voltage and to extend lifetime by reducing energy barrier between organic layers. A light emitting device using organic compound layer comprises a hole injection layer(102), a hole transport layer(103), and a mixing area(105). The hole injection layer is contacted with an anode, and includes a first organic compound which is hole injection material. The hole transport layer includes a second organic compound which is hole transport material. The mixing area includes the first organic compound and the second organic compound between the hole injection layer and the hole transport layer.
