The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a line with flexibility, a line with flexibility using the manufacturing method and weave goods using the manufacturing method in which the line with flexibility has the connection of the electric current or the heat emission function as well as the flexibility. A manufacturing method of a line with flexibility including an inner line with a flexible material and an outer line installed on the inner line flexibly comprises: an inner line supply and tension step in which a tensile force is applied so that the inner line supplied with a constant length is extended with a predetermined length ratio; an outer line supply and fixing step in which at least one or more outer lines are supplied and adhered closely on the inner line extended by the inner line supply and tension step: and an inner line contraction step in which the tensile force applied on the inner line with the adhered closely and fixed outer line is released, so that the outer line includes a flexible state without changing the real length as much as the length that the extended inner line is returned to the original position and contracted.
