The present teachings provide methods, compositions, and kits for nucleic acid amplification. In some embodiments of the present teachings, amplifica tion reactions are performed with at least one high stability primer. In som e embodiments, the present teachings provide a method comprising a high stab ility primer for amplification of a nucleic acid sequence in a sample compri sing a target nucleic acid sequence and a PCR inhibitor. |
