THE PRODUCTION METHOD OF DOCOSAHEXANOIC ACID(DHA) WITH SCHIZOCHYTRIUM MANGROVEI MM103

Micro alga separated by a production method of docosahexanoic acid(DHA) by using schizochytrium mangrovei mm 103 is provided to be used as a food material due to the same as a DHA encapsulated with a cell wall itself. Schizochytrium mangrovei MM 103 (KCTC 11117BP) micro alga has 1,705 of 18S rDNA nucleic acid base sequence separated from the national marine. The cultivation condition has a cultivation temperature of 25-30 deg.C and a cultivation time of 60-80 hours.
