In a thin client system, a thin client terminal (1) is connectable to a thin client operation management server (3) to realize both a reduction of the operation management cost and an improvement of safety. The thin client terminal (1) comprises a memory (12) for storing system data for mobile use used when not connected to the thin client operation management server (3) and a control section creating unit (13c) which acquires system data for not mobile use from the thin client operation management server (3) when the thin client terminal (1) is connected to the thin client operation management server (3), creates a thin client control section (11a) by using the system data for not mobile use, creates a driver (11c) having a right to access the memory (12) by the execution operation of the thin client control section (11a), and allows the driver (11c) to write the system data for mobile use acquired from the thin client operation management server in the memory (12).
