The stair covers form a stairway covering system of treads (20a), risers (20b), and nose units (20c) that can be utilized to cover and restore almost any type stairway. As contemplated, the system will be available to include separate tread, riser and nose units, as well as tread, riser and nose modules formed as a unitary piece. Preferably, each unit or module is fabricated from materials that simulate the appearance and feel of natural wood. The system can be attached to the worn stairway in any conventional and convenient manner (glue, nails, screws, etc.). |
