<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing unit 19 capable of restraining a floating raw material floating without dissolving or bubbles generated by a stir from gathering and adhering to a center side of a stir blade body 33. <P>SOLUTION: A disk part 64 of the stir blade body 33 is formed with a plurality of vertically penetrating hole parts 65, and the under face of the disk part 64 is provided with a plurality of blade parts 66 along a radial direction. When stirring a drink by rotation of the stir blade body 33, a flow wherein the drink above a center side of the disk part 64 heads for a peripheral side of the disk part 64 through the plurality of hole parts 65 and the lower side of the disk part 64 is generated. By the flow, the floating raw material or the bubbles are stirred together with the drink even if the floating raw material floating without the dissolving or the bubbles generated by the stir gather to the center side of the stir blade body 33. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
