ELECTRONIC VALUE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, CENTER SERVER, DISTRIBUTION TERMINAL, ELECTRONIC VALUE DISTRIBUTION METHOD, AND ELECTRONIC VALUE DISTRIBUTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem with a distribution terminal installed in a store where real-time communication with a server device is impossible wherein flexible electronic value distribution such as personalized distribution and quota-meeting distribution control cannot be expected and to efficiently analyze, using a distribution terminal, sub-rules that make up distribution rules.

SOLUTION: A sub-rule compression function 14 collects the overlapping elements of distribution rules from a distribution rule storage part 13 as a set and compresses the sub-rules that are component units of the distribution rules. Based on customer information and distribution terminal information from a distribution terminal information storage part 11, a sub-rule evaluation probability calculating function 15 calculates the probability with which each sub-rule from the sub-rule compression function 14 is analyzed at the distribution terminal 2. A sub-rule priority determining function 16 determines the priority with which the sub-rules are arranged in the distribution terminal 2 according to the evaluated probability of each sub-rule. A distribution rule generating function 17 reconfigures distribution rules in decreasing order of the priorities of the sub-rules and sends them to the distribution terminal 2.
