<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate and long-life light source apparatus comprising a semiconductor light-emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: A light source apparatus 100 comprises a housing 10 having a concavity 13, a semiconductor light-emitting element 12 set on the bottom of the concavity 13, and a lid 14 having a phosphor 18 and a non-phosphor 20 set on the housing 10. By this, the radiation light of the semiconductor light-emitting element 12 can efficiently utilized, and a long-life and highly accurate light source apparatus in which the thermal degradation of the phosphor is suppressed can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
