<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of always drafting production planning of the shortest period for a plurality of accumulated production processes with different delivery periods and drafting just-in-time production planning that suppresses the intermediate stock quantity of each of unit processes constituting the production processes. <P>SOLUTION: A main arithmetic unit 11 executes processing of a scheduling program 20 stored in a memory 12 on the basis of order reception data 21 input to and stored in an input data processing part 13, resource capability information 22 set in a resource capability master database 17, basic information set in a basic information database 18, or the like, performs alternate determination for comparing the latest start dates of each process between when an alternate resource with a low capability is replaced to perform production and when the free use of a resource with a high capability is waited for when having a plurality of production facilities with different capabilities as resources, and performs resource setting on the basis of the determination results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
