摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of transferring and filling a fluid with high flow rate accuracy and long life, and attaining miniaturization, light weight, low cost and energy-saving. <P>SOLUTION: The pump device 39 is provided with a first rotor drive mechanism 41 for transmitting rotation of an input shaft part 50 in which a central shaft is rotated/driven at a constant position to an output shaft part 49 connected to a male screw type rotor 23 of a mono-axial eccentric screw pump 21; and the mono-axial eccentric screw pump 21. The output shaft part 49 is turnably provided at a position eccentric relative to the input shaft part 50 through a bearing, rotation of the input shaft part 50 is transmitted to the output shaft part 49 through a first motive power transmission mechanism 41a having an inner gear 27, and the output shaft part 49 performs eccentric turning motion. The input shaft part 50 and the output shaft part 49 are arranged at an inner side than a pitch circle of the inner gear 27, and the first rotor drive mechanism 41 rotates the male screw type rotor 23 in the state that it is not contacted with an inner surface 24b of an inner hole 24a of a stator 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
