<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smaller USB plug which can be connected to a conventional USB receptacle and USB equipment equipped with the USB plug. <P>SOLUTION: This USB plug 1 is provided with a plug board 8 with a VBUS pin 12 and a D-pin 13 arranged side by side on its surface and a plug board 9 with a D+pin 14 and a GND pin 15 arranged side by side on its surface, to switch between a first state that the both plug boards can be electrically connected to a USB receptacle and a second state that the both plug boards can be electrically connected to an external receptacle while the face opposite to the face of the plug board 8 with the VBUS pin or the like faces the face opposite to the face of the plug board 9 with the D+pin or the like. The first and the second states can be switched by a hinge 22 without back-push fixed to concave sections 20 and 21 formed in plug covers 6 and 7 covering plug main bodies 10 and 11 electrically connected to the both plug boards. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
