<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealable film having barrier functionality which is superior in heat-sealing aptitude, has container sealability, is superior in oxygen-barrier functionality, has biodegradability, and is excellent in rejection processing aptitude etc., and useful. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sealable film having barrier functionality is made of a multilayer laminated resin film having at least three layers in which a biodegradable resin layer made of a resin composition containing a biodegradable resin as the main component, a barrier resin layer, and a biodegradable resin layer made of a resin composition containing a biodegradable resin as a main component are coextruded in turn. The biodegradable resin layers are made of a resin composition containing a mixed resin prepared by kneading 51-95 pts.wt. of an aliphatic polyester resin and 5-49 pts.wt. of a modifier for modifying the polyester resin.
