PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator element having deformation response with efficiency. SOLUTION: An ion conductor for an actuator contains a polymeriziable ionic liquid monomer, having a cation portion or an anion portion of ionic liquid and a polymerizable unsatuated group, and a polymer ionic gel having a crosslinked structure obtained by polymerizing a crosslinking agent containing two or more polymerizable parts.
