PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable protector capable of preventing a cable wired inside the internal space of double floor from breaking or damaged. SOLUTION: Floor panels are supported on struts under a floor surface and double floor is formed, and the cable protector 11A protects a cable wired in the internal space of the double floor from contact with a strut. The cable protector 11A includes an internal portion 14, having a circular center hole 12 and an outer portion 15 having a circular contact face 13 that can be brought into contact with a cable. A strut is passed through the center hole 12 so that the cable protector is rotatable about the strut. When a cable is brought into contact with the cable protector 11A, the cable protector is rotated. The contact face 13 and the cable are slide and move relative to each other, the frictional resistance between the cable and the contact face 13 is reduced, and as a result, a cable will not break or become damaged, when cable wiring is installed or modified.
