PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new means for redundancy saving for a specific memory device among a plurality of memory devices. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit system includes a plurality of memory devices capable of performing redundancy saving for a defective part by entering device saving information being information indicating a configuration for redundancy saving, a plurality of saving information analysis circuits for receiving saving information containing identification information of a memory device and device saving information of the memory device to analyze the saving information, wherein one saving information analysis circuit corresponds to one memory device, the saving information analysis circuits being connected in series through a serial transfer path, and each saving information analysis circuit having various function parts, a saving device for saving the saving information, and a saving information transfer circuit for taking out the saving information saved in the saving device to serially transfer the saving information to the plurality of saving information analysis circuits.
