PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply mechanism designed so as to prevent a liquid from leaking out of a reservoir reserving the liquid, when installed, and applicable in various domestic scenes. SOLUTION: The liquid supply mechanism includes a reservoir reserving the liquid, a storage part communicating with the reservoir and temporarily storing a prescribed amount of liquid flowing therein from the reservoir, and a draining mechanism draining the liquid from the storage part, wherein air holes are made at the upper part of the storage part, and the reservoir and the storage part are formed so as to be integrally connected.
